HR Dept

Recruitment Service for FSPA Members

Recruiting staff can be a time-consuming and costly exercise for your business. The FSPA have secured the services of The HR Dept, a leading provider of HR and Employment Law advice, to provide its members with a recruitment service. The HR Dept will handle the recruitment process for you, supporting you with expert advice and outstanding customer care.

In recent years, the recruitment process has changed dramatically. Most job-seekers now search on-line for job opportunities rather than using newspapers or other off-line media. The HR Dept ensures your vacancy is advertised simultaneously on top UK job boards and undertakes all candidate administration and liaison. For a fixed fee of £495 + VAT per vacancy, the service includes: 

  • Compilation of the job advert 
  • Advertising the vacancy on several leading job boards (e.g. reed.co.uk, trovit, totaljobs.com, myjobsin.com) 
  • Screening CV’s and shortlisting of candidates 
  • Correspondence with candidates

The HR Dept can also, if required: 

  • Conduct telephone interviews of short-listed candidates 
  • Design competency-based interview questions 
  • Conduct face-to-face interviews 
  • Provide psychometric and ability assessments 
  • With 50 offices throughout the UK, The HR Dept can also visit your premises to conduct face-to-face interviews.
