Following a successful series of events during National Fishing Week 2009 where the FSPA’s Angling Trades Association supported the initiative with a £10,000 fund donated by the industry to “grow” angling, the following supporting bodies: The Angling Trades Association, The Environment Agency, The Angling Development Board and The Angling Trust have decided that this years annual event will be expanded to a full month long celebration of angling, entitled National Fishing Month.
