ISPO is the largest sporting goods trade fair in Europe and is seen as the springboard into Europe and beyond. This year's show (from Jan 29-1 Feb) saw nearly 80,000 people making the trip to Munich, and while attendance was down on 2011, exhibitor levels were up - 2,344 exhibitors from 51 countries were in Munich during January-February, compared to 2,267 last year.
ISPO 2012
The FSPA once again attended ISPO 2012 fronting a UK exhibitor pavilion and supporting companies with £1000 UKTI TAP export grants. The Federation’s UK Pavilion, having grown successively year on year, showcased its largest Exhibitor Group with a total of 14 UK exhibitors making up the group which had a prominent position in Hall B4; the Performance Hall.
Operating as an Accredited Trade Organisation (ATO), the FSPA worked closely with UK Trade & Investment to assist a total of 30 companies in gaining £1000 TAP export grants for the 2012 show, to assist with exhibition costs.
