FSPA partnership even more important to CSPN after funding cuts

In light of a recent withdrawal of a £6 million investment in County Sports Partnerships by the Department of Health, the FSPA is continuing to develop its partnership with this vital network in order to provide opportunities to its members.
Having presented at the inaugural County Sports Partnership Network Convention at the end of March 2010, the FSPA has since set up an online forum facility to aid communication and posting of opportunities and tenders to partner between FSPA members and CSP’s.
A pilot project is now underway in which an FSPA member is providing equipment and support for a Workplace Physical Activity Challenge project in the East Midlands, which has the potential, if successful, to be rolled out nationally as a best practice case.

In its early stages, the FSPA/CSPN Forum is a perfect platform to facilitate partnerships between FSPA members and County Sports Partnerships. Members will be provided with the opportunity to partner with CSP’s when proposals are posted via the forum, however why not login and register your details today and post any requests for working with your lcoal CSP or any product testing opportunities you may require
